A hairy anniversary
Three years ago my life changed for the better. I adopted a dog, which is something I had been wanting to do for years!. A 2-month old fluffy puppy that had just been found stranded on a mountain just outside of Athens. And today is our three year anniversary.
It’s strange how I picked him out of a bunch of others. I had walked inside a kennel at a dog shelter. There were three dogs in there. A female 5-month old puppy that was all over me, another female 2-month old puppy that was also quite friendly and way too excited, and a male 2-month old puppy (brother of the latter) that just sat on top of its little doggie house and quietly observed the world. And I knew that was the one!
He straight away felt comfortable with me. Inside the car, it only took him a moment to fall asleep. He has always been the easiest and least troublesome dog to have. He was very quiet since day one. So I decided to call him Noise.
Today, it’s been 3 years since I adopted him. He has grown from an overly-energetic fluff ball to a curiousabouteverything young gentleman.
And he is gradually becoming the love of my life.
All hail, Noise!
